For the Easter lamb, start by preparing the mold and spreading it with butter or margarine. Separate the eggs. Beat until clear. Beat the yolks with salt, baking sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until the mixture is light yellow.

Now slowly pour in the oil-water mixture and the eggnog-milk mixture while stirring constantly and continue to stir until creamy. Now alternately fold in the flour with baking powder, and the beaten egg whites.

Pour the mixture into the prepared lamb mold and bake in the oven on the middle shelf at 170-180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove the Easter lamb from the oven, cool the mold with a cold cloth, gently remove and decorate.
