For Geschnetzeltes with Madeira, fry meat in oil. Then roast onion in the same pan, add meat again and dust with flour.

Stir in paradeis pulp, cut mushrooms into flakes, also add and steam. Season, deglaze with Madeira and steam for 25 minutes.

Stir in gravy and steam until meat is tender. Finish with sour cream.
