Instructions:

For the peach crumble pie, first mix flour and sugar in a suitable bowl. Cut margarine into pieces and add. Rub everything together quickly between your fingers to form a crumbly mass. Add the egg and knead the dough quickly, but only until it holds together. Let rest in a cool place for half an hour.

In the meantime, knead the ingredients for the crumbles together in the same way, but you want them to be larger crumbs than the dough. Also put in a cool place.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Roll out the dough and spread it on the greased baking pan. Remove the peel from the peaches, cut them into narrow wedges, lay 4/5 of them out in a circle on the dough. Stir egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and flour, empty over peaches and bake in 220 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Remove pie dish from stove, spread crumble evenly over top and return to stove for another 15 minutes. Let cool and garnish the peach crumble pie with the remaining peach wedges.
