Try this delicious noodle dish:
1. cook rice noodles according to package directions, pour off the water.
2. Heat oil in a wok (or frying pan). Saute the onions over high heat for 1 minute until soft. Add curry powder, salt and the noodles and swirl the wok to coat them well.
