For the crème de cassis, peel and finely dice the shallots. Heat the Creme de Cassis with the vinegar, add the shallots and sauté until the liquid has almost boiled down.

Beat half-fat margarine for 5 minutes and add curd cheese. Stir the cooled shallot mixture into the margarine. Season with salt and pepper.
