For the cream boil, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Butter an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with sugar.

Stir butter until fluffy. Stir in 1 tablespoon cream and sugar after each yolk. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten snow and flour.

Pour the mixture into the prepared form and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees convection oven for about 25 minutes.
