First prepare the dough.
Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon to a firm dough and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.
Divide the dough into 10 parts and form dumplings with flour in your hands with the frozen or fresh fruit in the middle.
Place them in a buttered baking dish. Also place fruit between the dumplings.
Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons sugar over the dumplings, possibly also a pinch of cinnamon. Carefully pour milk about 1 cm high into the mold.
Bake the dumplings. Fresh fruits 20 minutes, frozen fruits 30 minutes fill up with milk to desired height, e.g. that only about 1/2 cm of the dumplings peeps out, or so high that it does not overflow in the oven.
Bake again for about 30 minutes and serve the baked curd dumplings sprinkled with sugar crumbs.
