Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Take canned oil sardines, do not use the oil. Clean the fish and pluck the fillets into pieces. Chop the garlic.

Heat the fresh olive oil in a small pot, add the garlic and chili pepper. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, or possibly whole if you like it less spicy. Then you can take it out later. If you like it spicy, you have to crumble the pod.

When the garlic starts to brown, add the sardines, folding them in with a wooden spoon and crushing them a little. Pour in wine and simmer briefly, but don’t make the fish dry! Season with a little lemon juice, perhaps add basil as well.

Make pasta, drain and mix with the sauce.
