Gradually mix all the ingredients together. Make a smooth dough and spread it on a rectangular baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Sprinkle the second portion of sugar on top and bake in the oven heated to 180 °C for about half an hour.

Cut into lozenges while still warm.
