Warm and spicy, the mixed nuts are a good amuse-gueule. Serve with a chilled vodka or white wine.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Toss the nuts in a small baking bowl with the oil, then place on a baking sheet.

Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly toasted. In a medium baking bowl, mix with the remaining ingredients.

Toast the nuts on the baking sheet for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
