For the chops with garlic stuffing, cut a pocket in the chops. Put 1 clove of pressed garlic in each chop, press firmly, season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet, place chops in and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
Add onions to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add garlic, lemon zest, rosemary and chili to skillet; cook, stirring, 1 minute.
Return chops to pan, add soup and tomatoes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until chops are cooked through and sauce thickens slightly. Season the chops with garlic stuffing again and serve.
