Mix all dry ingredients.

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Knead all ingredients well for about 10 minutes. Let dough rest for approx. 25 minutes.

Work the dough into a round shape and let it rest for another 10 minutes.

Now flatten the dough ball a bit and fold the top and bottom parts towards the center. Then shape into a roll.

Place with the end down in a buttered and floured loaf pan. Moisten with water and let rise for about 45 minutes.

Preheat oven together with a heat-resistant container to 200 °C hot air.

Before baking, poke fine holes in the dough with a skewer so that the surface does not crack.

Pour plenty of water into the container. Bake bread for about 40-45 minutes – when it sounds hollow it is ready. Immediately turn the bread out of the loaf pan, turn it over again and let it cool down.
