Almond milk is made by boiling almond kernels in milk and honey.
One soaks the dried rose petals in the almond milk for 10 min. Together with cinnamon and ginger, the mixture is boiled at low temperature for 5 min. The rice flour is mixed with a little bit of cold water and added to the milk with the dates as well as the pine nuts.
The elixir is served in bowls garnished with rose petals.
