For the chicken nuggets, first prepare the dip. For the dip, press the garlic clove, mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and juice of one lemon, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken fillets into not too small pieces. Mix the egg and the milk. Finely grate the Parmesan, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan, season heartily with salt, pepper and paprika.
Turn the nuggets first in the egg, then in the cheese mixture on the other side, heat the oil and fry the nuggets in it all around for 4-5 minutes, serve with the garlic dip.
