Peel and grate the carrots and place in a large enough bowl.
Remove the peel from the oranges (I), fillet, peel, cut off, add to the carrots and add a small amount of sugar.
Squeeze the orange (Ii) and lime, add the juice to the carrots.
Sprinkle with coconut and mix well. If liquid is still missing, add orange juice repeatedly.
Divide evenly among small plates and pour the yogurt over.
Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
