Knead wheat flour, buttermilk, butter, salt and baking powder into a dough and roll out to a thickness of approx. 1.5 cm.
Use a round cookie cutter (diameter approx. 4-5 cm) to cut out the Weckerln or form balls in the desired size.
Bake the Weckerl and in the preheated oven at about 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
