Instructions:

For the rice pancakes grind very dry rice. Mix with wheat flour, salt and nuts to a thick paste.

Allow to swell for a few minutes, adding a little more water if necessary. Fry 4 pancakes in hot coconut oil until golden on both sides.

Spread thinly with honey and serve immediately.
