For the apple pie, crumble the butter with the flour and quickly mix with the sugar, lemon zest and sour cream to form a dough. Roll out half of the dough and place on a baking tray.
Peel and slice the apples and spread them on the dough, sprinkle sugar and raisins on top and cover with the second rolled out half of the dough. Beat the egg and brush the dough with it.
Bake in the preheated oven at medium heat until golden and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture before serving.
