For the passion fruit yogurt popsicle, first cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Pass through a sieve.

Mix the yogurt with a little agave syrup until smooth. Pour into the ice cream molds about 2/3 full. Spread the passion fruit juice over the molds and stir gently with a chopstick or spoon handle so that the juice soaks through yogurt but is not completely mixed. You can also alternate yogurt and passion fruit juice in the molds.

Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, then insert the wooden ice cream sticks.

Place the passion fruit yogurt popsicle in the freezer for several hours, preferably overnight.
