For the cabbage meat with bread dumplings, finely chop the onion and cut the cabbage into strips.

Fry the onion in a little oil, add the pieces of meat and fry until hot. Add the cabbage and fry briefly. Stir in paprika powder and quickly add water so that everything is slightly covered.

Stir in the caraway seeds, salt and pepper and simmer gently. Mix the sour cream with the flour and a little salt and stir in just before the end of the cooking time.

Bring to the boil again briefly and serve cabbage with bread dumplings.
