For the nut chocolate cake, whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in whipped cream, cocoa, hazelnuts and rum, add flour with baking powder and chocolate chips and mix briefly.

Pour the batter into a small 18 cm springform pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven with fan at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
