Peel the sweet potato, cut into pieces and boil until soft, about 8-10 minutes.

Drain the water well and then mash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher.

Stir in butter, salt and a little whipping cream until desired consistency is reached.

Garnish with grated orange peel before serving.
