Instructions:

Potatoes are a must in baby nutrition because of their nutrients. The cereal is pre-sprouted here so that little kids can digest it already The combination of potatoes-wheat-milk is exceptionally healthy apart from that.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, cook them in their skins with a little water. They are ready when you can easily pierce them with a kitchen knife. Bring the wheat sprouts to boil with 6 tablespoons of water, steam for 10 min until soft. Finely mush the sprouts in the cooking water with a blender. Peel the potatoes, mash with a fork and add. Dilute with milk until a soft paste is formed. Heat again briefly. Stir in egg yolk and butter.

Add wheat germ. And stir in a piece of cucumber.

For older kids, ages 2 and up: Prepare a mashed potato of 250 g of potatoes with egg yolk. Lightly roast the sprouts in 1 tablespoon of wheat germ oil. In the process, they develop a malty savory taste that kids especially like. Then grate a little cheese over the sprouts and sprinkle this crunchy mixture over the porridge before serving.
