Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, cook them in their skins with a little water. They are ready when you can easily pierce them with a kitchen knife. For older kids, ages 2 and up: Prepare a mashed potato of 250 g of potatoes with egg yolk. Lightly roast the sprouts in 1 tablespoon of wheat germ oil.
