Prepare baking powder, flour, light butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg into a kneaded dough.
Press one third on the bottom of a cake springform pan, one third formed as a roll to the edge.
Peel the apples, cut them into wedges and boil them with one eighth of a liter of water. Mix with raisins, 100 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar and 50 g almond kernels and place on the dough.
Form the remaining dough as a cover on the apples and brush with egg.
Then mix 2 tbsp. sugar, vanilla sugar and sliced almond kernels and spread evenly on the top.
Bake at 200 °C for 70 minutes.
The cake can be made just as well without raisins, tastes just as tasty
