Instructions:

For the apple punch, first wash the orange, cut it in half and lard the halves with the cloves.

Pour apple and currant juice into a saucepan and heat with the larded orange halves, but do not boil.

Remove from heat and let infuse for 15 minutes.

Heat again briefly, remove the orange halves from the apple punch and serve the punch hot.
