Instructions:

Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough and let rest for 60 minutes.

Heat oil or possibly butter and bake six pancakes from the dough one after the other. Place one on top of the other and keep warm.

For the filling, cream butter with sugar, gradually fold in remaining ingredients.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and stir them in. Spread the mixture evenly over the pancakes, roll up and place in a greased gratin dish.

Mix milk with egg yolks and vanilla sugar, pour over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20 – 25 minutes.

Drizzle with rum before serving.
