Instructions:

For the cookie cutters, crumble the flour with the butter, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, grated lemon zest and eggs, knead well.

Form the dough into a roll and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. Then roll out in portions 2-3 mm thick and cut out cookie cutters.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-20 minutes until golden brown.

For the lemon glaze, mix sugar, juice of one lemon and water and spread on the baked cookie cutters.
