For the cucumber salad, wash the cucumber, slice finely and mix in a bowl with salt. Leave to stand for a few minutes and then squeeze.

Peel the potatoes (still warm if possible) and cut into slices. Marinate the cucumbers and potatoes with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and 7-herb salt and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

Taste again, season if necessary and finally fold in the sour cream. If you like, you can sprinkle the salad with paprika spice.
