For the dill runner beans, wash the runner beans, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pot. Cover the green beans lightly with water, add the stock cube and steam until soft.
Mix the sour cream well with flour (so that there are no lumps) and stir into the fully cooked runner beans. Wash and finely chop or cut the dill and mix into the green beans.
Season with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and serve the dill green beans.
