Wash the arugula and cut once. Cut the watermelon and the tofu into cubes. Lightly fry the tofu in sesame oil. Add cashews and all other ingredients to a bowl. For the dressing, squeeze the orange and lime. Add sesame oil, a little coconut milk, salt, pepper, curry and honey. Season well and pour over the other ingredients in the bowl. Serve with rice cakes.
