Instructions:

Mix flour and butter. Mix in remaining ingredients and knead into dough. Shape into stollen and bake at 155 to 165 °C for 40 to 45 minutes under supervision. While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cooled, wrap in cling film (prevents drying out and the aroma can develop well).
