Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix the powdered sugar well. Add the flour and knead quickly, adding 1-2 tablespoons of cold water if necessary. While still warm, press the mixture into a 20 cm diameter coated tart pan (grease uncoated pans) – forming a small rim. Bake the tart base in the middle of the oven for 20 min, then cool.

Mix the mascarpone until smooth and spread it evenly on the tart base.

Rinse and clean the strawberries, cut each into slices according to size and spread evenly on the mascarpone.

4. heat the jelly in a saucepan, cover the berries with it, cool at room temperature.

Tip: If you mix the strawberries with kiwis, for example, use lemon jelly, which is almost transparent, for a better color effect.
