Preparation (about 40 min):

Peel the onions, hollow them out with a ball cutter. Mix the breadcrumbs with the eggs, stir in the heated milk.

Add spring onions, chopped parsley and Halloumikaes cubes fried in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Fill the onions with the mixture and place a cap on top. Place in a pan with a little vegetable soup and steam in a heated oven at 170 °C for 18 to 20 minutes.

Sauté vegetable cubes in hot olive oil, dust with flour, add paradeis pulp and pour in vegetable soup. Add lentils and season with salt and pepper. Stir in apple cubes, arrange as a bed on plates, add braised onions on top.
