Rinse the wild garlic, leaf parsley and basil and chop finely. Fry the pine nuts in a frying pan until golden brown. Then peel the garlic. Mix the chopped herbs with the olive oil, the roasted pine nuts and the garlic in a blender. Add salt and pepper little by little and at the end the parmesan cheese. Then mix everything together again briefly.
Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
