For quinoa with zucchini and feta cheese, first prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions, but use soup seasoning instead of salt in the water.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into half rings, the zucchini into slices about 0.5 cm thick and the bell bell pepper into strips. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry everything until it gets a nice brown color.
Remove the vegetables from the heat, let them cool briefly, in the meantime dice the feta cheese and then add it, so that the feta cheese “melts” slightly.
After serving on the plates still garnish with freshly ground pepper!
