But if you still do not want to do without them completely: Flatulent foods become easier to digest if you simply add a shot of apple cider vinegar when cooking. But not only with existing complaints, likewise as prophylaxis apple cider vinegar worked satisfactorily. Intake: In case of acute discomfort: Drink apple cider vinegar water with honey in small sips. Digestion and metabolism are stimulated, putrefactive bacteria are fought. For chronic complaints: Take 1 tbsp of water with a few drops of apple cider vinegar 5 min before eating. Keep this mixture in your mouth for a while before swallowing. It is also helpful to drink daily in the morning 1glass of water with 2Tl apple cider vinegar and sweetened with honey (1-2Tl) if desired, but for a longer period of time.

Envelopes: In case of severe discomfort, soak a linen cloth with hot water to which 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar has been added. Squeeze the cloth and put it on the body. When it cools down, renew the poultice.
