For the silken tofu tiramisu, melt the margarine in a saucepan. Then cool to room temperature.

Finely blend the silken tofu, orange juice, sugar and amaretto, slowly pour in the margarine and stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Line a baking dish with whole wheat biscuits, drizzle with espresso. Now, in layers, put one tofu and one biscuit in the dish, finish with tofu mixture and sprinkle with cocoa.

Chill in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, and let stand a little longer.
