Grilling is a healthy, low-fat cooking method. To prevent the formation of carcinogenic substances, it is best to use a vertical grill: The grilled food does not char as easily, as no flames can leap over. If you grill above the embers, use aluminum grill trays: these also protect meat or fish from burning.
Rinse and dry the kitchen herbs, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely. Make a marinade of oil, salt, pepper and herbs, peel garlic and press it into the marinade. Rinse the melanzani, remove the stalks, cut the melanzani into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Quarter peppers, remove separating membranes and seeds thoroughly, rinse peppers. Cut the quarters into cubes of a little bit 3 cm edge length. Rinse the zucchini, remove the stalks and flowers, cut the zucchini into slices about 2 cm wide.
