Instructions:

For the banana-kiwi slices, beat the yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add flour and the very stiffly beaten snow.

Spread the mixture evenly on a greased, floured baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For the cream, mix yogurt and sour cream well. Stiffly whipped cream mix in the powdered sugar and add the pureed strawberries.

Then add the dissolved gelatine and mix everything well. Spread the cream on the cooled pastry, top with kiwi and banana slices.

Brush with the cake jelly prepared according to package directions. Before serving, divide into the banana-kiwi slices.
