For the semolina cook piquant grate fresh nutmeg or alternatively use ground nutmeg. In a pot, season the milk with salt, pepper and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Be careful not to let the milk boil over.
Once the milk comes to a boil, add the semolina and simmer for about 3 minutes. When the semolina is really nice and creamy, the semolina boil is ready to serve.
