Mix the yogurt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, sesame seeds, almonds and salt in a bowl and marinate the chicken fillets in it for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Break the cinnamon stick into smaller pieces. Crush (or finely grind) in a mortar with cardamom, cloves and cumin. Cut the shallots into slices. In a large saucepan, heat clarified butter or oil and sauté shallots until golden brown. Sprinkle in the spice mixture and add the marinated chicken fillets and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, stir well several times. Finally, add the lime juice and let the chicken fillets rest for another 2 minutes. Then arrange and serve.
