For the Schlemmertopf, cut the onion into small pieces and fry, fry the bacon cubes briefly and add the cut sausages.
Then add the chopped bell bell pepper, sprinkle a little chili and/or paprika powder on top and roast everything well.
Add the corn, kidney beans and quail beans with all the liquid and pour in a little water so that everything is covered.
Bring everything to a boil and season to taste with salt, pepper, chili powder, herbs, vegetable soup cubes.
Sprinkle with parsley or chives and serve. The Schlemmertopf tastes great with fresh bread.
