Try this delicious pasta dish:
Place the pasta in a saucepan of boiling hot water and make for 1 minute. Drain well, rinse under cold water and then drain again.
Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic as well as the ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the crab tails and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove with a wok turner and keep warm.
Add the peppers and onions to the wok form and sauté for 2 min. Stir in orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and clear soup. Repeat the crab tails in the wok form and roast for 8-10 min until cooked through.
Mix the cornstarch with the water, then stir into the wok. Bring to a boil, add the noodles and do 1 to 2 min.
Garnish and bring to the table.
Orange used. In the case, use 3 to 5 1/2 tsp of it.
