For the hunter’s meat with leeks, cut the pork cutlets into strips, cut the leeks into rings, cut the cooked pancetta into strips, cut the mushrooms into small slices.

Mix the pork cutlets, leek, bacon and mushrooms. Mix with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Stir in oil and let sit for 1 hour.

Brown the mixture in a large frying pan with a lid, close the lid and let it stew for 30 minutes. Pour in vegetable soup.

Add whipped cream and cheese and simmer for another 15 minutes. Dust with flour if necessary.

Serve the hunter’s meat with leeks.
