For grasshoppers with couscous, bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Put the couscous in a pot, pour the water over it and let it swell for 5-10 minutes. Then loosen with a fork. (add a little olive oil and salt the water beforehand to taste even better) Remove the hind legs and barbs as well as the wings of the hayseeds. Heat some oil or clarified butter in a pan and fry the grasshoppers in it for a few minutes until they are nice and shiny. Halve the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Quarter the cucumber and cut it into small pieces, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them in the same way. Mix the cubed feta cheese and the other ingredients with the couscous. Season and decorate with mint leaves, add grasshoppers and enjoy.
