For the matcha shake, cut the frozen banana into pieces, pit the apricots and put everything into a blender. Tear the nasturtium and lemon balm into small pieces and add them as well.

Add milk and mix well. Sprinkle with matcha powder and mix well again. Pour into a glass, decorate with a few leaves of lemon balm and enjoy.
