Instructions:

Remove the skin from the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Fry in a frying pan with hot oil on both sides for 1-2 min until golden and then keep warm.

Briefly rinse the liver slices and dry them well. First turn them from both sides in flour to the other side and then fry them in hot fat, switch over and roast them on low heat for 3 min. on each side.

Season the liver with salt, season and keep warm. Extinguish the gravy with whipping cream and bring to a boil. Season the sauce strongly.

Arrange the liver slices on a platter, place a banana half on each slice and pour the sauce over it.
