For the Nutella puff pastry star, unpack 3 rolls of puff pastry, roll out. Place a flat plate (diameter about 26 cm) on one sheet of puff pastry, cut along. Do the same with the remaining two plates.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Now spread two plates with Nutella, place one on top of the other and place the third plate on top. Place the cake on the baking sheet before cutting into it.
Put a glass in the middle of the cake so that you can cut even pieces. Now cut the cake 12 times up to the glass.
Turn 2 pieces at a time. Finally, brush with a beaten egg. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
