Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Cut 4 circles with a diameter of approx. 12-15 cm from the pizza dough.
Now spread each circle in the middle with Nutella, but so that about 1 cm of the pizza edge remains free. Place a few slices of banana on top of the Nutella and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Fold the circle in half to form small pockets and press the edge in with your thumb to create the typical calzone edge.
Place the calzones on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 10-15 minutes until the calzones have a nice color.
Arrange one calzone on each plate and serve with freshly whipped cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
If you like, garnish the dessert with a mint leaf.
